For me, introductions are always awkward, no matter the setting. I am not great at the whole “let’s sum up everything you have ever done and liked in a few words.” No, I would much rather let my blog speak for itself. My interests/ hobbies spectrum is far too wide to sum up in a phrase.
But to follow some sort of “blogging protocol,” here we go:
My name is Kaylee.
I am 20 years old.
I am a junior communication arts major with a public relations minor at Georgia Southern University.
I am from Fairmount, a small town in Northwest Georgia. The land at home is so much different from the bare, flat land of south Georgia. I miss the mountains.
I love music. I do not play any sort of instrument, but I love music. I love the process behind lyrics analysis: breaking it down verse-by-verse, discovering references to outside culture, and adapting the song to fit situations in your life. To you, this is destroying a song. To me, it is essential, which probably plays a large part in why I am studying communications.
I love vintage clothes, pin up girls, punk rock, Americana, alternative country, amateur photography, and retro dresses.
So, hopefully, my blog will do a better job with reflecting who I am and what I am like better than I can just outright explain.
